A group of Sikh women from the community have been running a support group at the Gurdwara every Wednesday for over 25 years. This union not only gives them a spiritual support but their social interaction with each other has been a great source of their mental well-being. Up until July 2019 they have been coming to the Gurdwara independently but as they are all getting older now community transport is by volunteer drivers.
Activities include Satsang/ Gurbani sessions; Langar Di Sewa and Educational Sessions
